Start Your Day With Lemon Water
The morning lemon water cleanse to kickstart your health. Here’s how you can do it...
What You Need:
• 4 to 6 ounces of spring water or reverse osmosis water
• The juice of one fresh lemon (organic if possible)
How to Do It:
1. As soon as you wake up in the morning, squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon into 4 to 6 ounces of water.
2. Drink the lemon water right away, before eating anything.
